Today is the first day I started working.
The timeslot is from 6pm-11pm.
Each of us were given a buddy to assist.
The first 2 hours, we just sat beside them and watch.
The next hour is the time where we try on our own.
I manage to pick up 20 plus calls.
Quite fun afterall.
And this eurasian lady was fed-up waiting the taxi for half an hour.
She even used vulgarities but was warn by my buddy.

And 5 hours pass so quicky.
That is the time most all of us go back with free transport!
HEHE.
Tomorrow will be working from 6pm-12am.
And the working place for weekdays will be at 3rd floor.
*yawn*
