*groan*
Today's training was a serious killer.
Even though it's only from 5:30pm to 8pm.
I think we certainly did run more than 5km.
Run outside the campus again, but this time round they went to another route.
Luckily this pathway beside the canal was closed!
*phew*
But we did make up for it by running 3 rounds of the stadium after the campus run.
Then we did a pyramid pull ups.
Meaning from 3 to 10 and then back to 3.
A total of 91 pull up okay!
At first it sounded quite little until I calculated it!
Ambek kau!
Until most of our arms got cramped!
Then did jogging for 100m and sprint 100m for 4 or 5 times.
After every running we did some energy-draining exercises.
Total of 4 different exercises.
Each set from 20 counts to 40 counts.
Push-up, jumping jacks etc.
I almost gave up, seriously.
But the word 'Persever' always came to my mind.
And yes, went to Bugis with Soraya and her nephew during the afternoon.
Then I went to school from there.
