Have been almost 2 weeks since I last update.

Missed the entire training last week.

I don't know why I've kind of lose interest in running. =/

Maybe due to drop out during most of the workout?

My stamina is getting lousier. Sian.

Anyway, my house renovation is done!

Now is left with painting. :D

The moment I reached home on Friday, I turn on all the newly bought lights outside my house.

It was so beautiful!

Hah! Now I can't see my annoying neighbors and they can't see us anymore.

This sensor light reminds me of the apartment in Taiwan near our hostel.

It always light up whenever we pass by the gate. Haha!

I thought it taste like other typical white chocolate which is sweet like hell.

Some quick updates.

Coach couldn't make it for todays' training.

So we had training ourselves instead of calling off.
15 rounds of track yet I only managed to complete 13.

Shouldn't have eat the hotdog bun 20 minutes before training.

My house fence is almost done!

Feels weird without a gate for few days.

It's as though anyone is welcome to step into my house. LOL.

I'm looking forward to the new gate!

Training tomorrow is cancelled.

So it is brought forward today.

Did 6.4km with Chia Yuan and Yuan Yi.

While others do different workout.

Pretty enjoy today's run.

I don't really feel tired until the last 1km.

10 times of 100m striding.

Almost K.O half way.

Didn't have sufficient rest after the long run.

Strengthening and skip 200 times.

POL-ITE coming and I don't wish to participate in any events.

But will go for the 5km cross-country.

But Maths is the one that dampers my mood at the end of the day.

Result was much depressing than I thought.

2nd day of school in a new year but I doesn't feel 'fresh' as compared to secondary school.

Basically I think we continue what we have learned from last term.

Unlike secondary school study brand new stuff.

It certainly feels good having a new laptop that doesn't lags like shit. :)
